  3. The item I would like to print is not listed. Does that mean you can't supply it?

We print so many products, it would be impossible to list them all.  If you require something that is not listed, please contact us for a quote.

  4. What do you mean by Bleed?

Where an image or colour runs (or 'bleeds') off the edge of the page.

Please see our Artwork page for more details.

  5. What is the difference between lamination and encapsulation?

See our Glossary for more information.

  6. What do you mean by Print Ready Artwork?

If artwork is described as "print ready" ideally it should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) and a "print ready" pdf should have a bleed of 2-3mm on each trimmed edge.

  7. Is there anything you can't print?

    The answer is usually no!

We can print on paper, card, plastic, metal and fabrics, so let us know what you would like to print and we will provide you with a quote or we can direct you to a partner in the industry who can.

  8. What is CMYK?

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Key (Black) Ink a standard used throughout the print industry.  Ideally all all files should be set up in CMYK and not RGB (Red, Green, Blue) to avoid unwanted colour shifts.  RGB is perfect for on screen images and CMYK for printed images.
