No job is too big or too small and with our pre print proofing system, we will work with you to seamlessly achieve your unique style.

Supplying Your Own Artwork

Send us your own existing artwork and designs.  If possible and applicable please follow the guidelines below:

1. Include or embed fonts.
2. Apply 3mm of bleed - please see guide below
3. Ensure all colours are CMYK to avoid unwanted colour conversions from RGB
4. Verify image is 300dpi 

We are happy to accept the following common file types.

• High Resolution PDF (our most preferred format, with 3mm bleed if appropriate)
• Indesign (inc. Fonts, images etc.)
• Quarkxpress
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• PageMaker
• Microsoft Publisher
• or supplied files in EPS or .ai format

We also use your files from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. 

If you are using a programme not on the list above or have any questions, please contact us and we will happily guide you through our process.

Sending Large Files

Email artwork to us or, if your artwork files are too large we recommend uploading on our site ashleypress.artworker. This service is secure and free of charge to our customers.
